Want a Raise or Promotion? Use the C.O.D.E Framework
Stop Overworking, Start Attracting

Here's the menu:
Are you hitting a wall in your corporate career, wondering why you’re doing “all the right things” but still getting passed over for raises and promotions?
Finding it frustrating, exhausting, and borderline impossible to break through that invisible ceiling doesn’t mean you’re not good enough. It probably just means you haven’t learned the one framework that changes everything.
Lucky for you, I’m here to spill the tea on The C.O.D.E Framework—a game-changing approach to navigating your career like a total powerhouse and finally getting what you want.
Grab your emotional support iced coffee and let’s dive in, Glow-Getter.
First, what is the C.O.D.E Framework?
Never heard of the C.O.D.E Framework before? Don’t worry—this is not some dry corporate acronym you’ll forget in two seconds. It’s a bold, intentional approach I use with my clients to help them finally get seen, supported, and seriously paid for the value they bring to the table—without selling their soul to hustle culture.
In simple terms, C.O.D.E stands for:
Clarity – Get crystal clear on your career desires. What do you want next—and why does it matter to you, not just your company?
Own It – Know the value you bring. This is your moment to confidently say things like, “I’ve successfully managed similar projects and consistently delivered results ahead of schedule.”
Decide to Be Heard – It’s not just about knowing your worth—it’s about giving yourself permission to take up space. Advocate for yourself, ask for the raise, pitch the promotion. Closed mouths don’t get big checks.
Elevate My Energy – Show up as the version of you who already has what you want. That next-level role? That salary? Embody it now.
If you’ve been in corporate for a while, you’ve likely been told to “just work hard and wait your turn.” But real talk? That old advice is outdated. Raises and promotions go to those who lead themselves first—who confidently align, advocate, and act like a damn leader, no matter their current title.
And the beauty of the C.O.D.E Framework is that it gives you a structure to do exactly that. Here's how it can seriously shift your career:
It gives you a strategic, repeatable approach to your growth.
It puts you back in the driver's seat, no more waiting for permission.
It blends mindset + execution so you don’t just plan it—you embody it.
How I Started Using C.O.D.E to Get Big Career Wins
You might look at me now—juggling a full-time career, raising two amazing kids as a single mom, and running Alchevate Coaching—and think, “She’s probably always had it together.”
But let me be real with you: I haven’t.
Not too long ago, I was burned out, underpaid, overachieving, and stuck in the cycle of hoping someone would finally recognize my worth. I knew I was capable of more, but I didn’t know how to ask for it—let alone own it.
That’s when I started developing and living by what I now call the C.O.D.E Framework—and everything started shifting:
I got clear on what I actually wanted instead of chasing what looked good on paper.
I learned to own my wins and speak to the real value I bring—without waiting for permission.
I stopped relying on vague “hard work” and started using data and results to back me up.
And most importantly, I began to elevate my energy and show up like the woman who already had what I was asking for.
This journey isn’t about being the loudest person in the room. It’s about being the most aligned, the most intentional, and the most unapologetically YOU.
Side Note…
There are so many ways to rise in your career. For example, my friend Mia Frankl helps women build the aligned life and business they crave by getting crystal clear on who they’re being—not just what they’re doing. Her habits coaching offer is all about creating TO-BE lists (not to-do lists), cultivating daily practices for emotional intelligence, spiritual expansion, body connection, and simplicity in business. It’s like having a soul-aligned blueprint for your day—with support, structure, and a hype squad of other badass women right by your side. Total life flow vibes.

Case Study: Danielle (Name Changed for Privacy)
Danielle was a candidate I supported back when I was still working in recruiting. I didn’t know it then, but I was already using the C.O.D.E Framework—because I saw something in her that she couldn’t yet see in herself.
She had the experience. She had the results. But what she struggled with was confidence—and I knew that could be the one thing standing between her and a life-changing offer.
I didn’t want the hiring manager to pass her over simply because she didn’t sound confident enough in the interview. So I coached her—reminding her of her wins, helping her reframe her voice, and encouraging her to own her value.
She took it all in and showed up differently.
A few weeks later? Danielle accepted an offer with a $45K increase—getting her into the 6-figure club.
